"I will absolutely continue resigning my lease at Alexan Lower Greenville until I’m ready to buy something. There’s nowhere else in dallas that I’d rather rent at. The apartments are beautiful. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. The front office is super responsive and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and cared for. The resident events are so fun! There is 2 dog parks right next to each other so there’s pretty much always one open if your doggo doesn’t play well will others or one with dogs in it if your dog needs to play with others and get some energy out. My favorite part is the rooftop lounge. There’s multiple rooms and a huge patio area with an amazing skyline view."
"Staff was so nice during check in! Apartment was spotless, parking is amazing and the trash services are wonderful. The fitness center is so nice and the treadmills are high quality. Pool area is very social on the weekends and a great place to socialize!"

"The people who work here, the community, the location are all great. 5 stars. The value for the apartment is probably 4 stars. You can get something very similar, or better, for a similar price. However, things are always broken. The Peleton bikes have been broken the whole year. The golf simulator was down half of the year. The stairwells have been cleaned twice this year and the carpets have been vacuumed once. The entry way doorpads/keypads are broken every few weeks and it takes them weeks to fix it for some reason. Currently, the door to get into the building from the garage has been out of service for two weeks."

"ALG is an amazing place to live! We’ve been here for almost a year and have already signed our lease for another year. The location is perfect, although there’s no need to ever leave, since the amenities include everything you could ever want. The pool is amazing in the summer and we use the bbq all the time. Watching sunsets and holiday fireworks on the skydeck have been some of our favorite memories, and of course the staff is always extremely kind and helpful."

After moving across the country from a place I called home for 27 years, it's safe to say that after only a month of living here that The Alexan has played a SIGNIFICANT role in making Dallas feel like my new home. The staff is beyond warm and welcoming – you can tell they really make sure to get to know their residents on a name basis; The amenities are unmatched to any other place I toured in the area; The location is unreal – literally a few steps outside and you're on Lower Greenville's most popular street with bars, restaurants, groceries (Trader Joes FTW!), pharmacies (CVS), shops, cafes, bakeries – YOU NAME IT, WE CAN WALK TO IT. Oh, and how could I forget to mention the dogs that live here are the cherry on top. It's impossible to ever be in anything but a happy mood when you're surrounded by dogs everywhere. 12/10, would HIGHLY recommend."

"I like living at the Alexan for the most part. It’s in a great neighborhood. The front staff is extremely friendly. However, many of the amenities are often broken and take a long time to get repaired. The golf simulator has been broken for months, the carpet in the simulator room has been worn to nothing for over a year. The peloton bikes have so many issues, and the garage doors are perpetually broken. I understand there are global supply chain issues, but little to no effort goes in to making concessions with residents that have been without these amenities that sold them to live here in the first place."
"The Alexan Lower Greenville has been a great experience with regards to the apartment itself and the pool. We have not be thrilled with some of the amenities unfortunately. The golf simulator has been broken for months, and there are always issues with the peloton bikes. Additionally, one of the two garage doors has been inactive for months."

"The apartments are pretty nice overall. Lots of amenities and a good location. Some minor details could be done better like cleaning the amenities and keeping them new/functioning. Biggest complaint is the $185 monthly amenity fee which is mandatory and basically just internet and low quality cable that’s not HD. Fine place but probably not worth the price."

"Something is always broken. Lately the lights have been out for several weeks if not months. It’s dangerous in the evenings walking around. Not to mention the accent lighting for the trees and walking areas are destroyed. The doors are left unlocked because the fobs are broken. The hinges on the outdoor gates are rusted so they never close properly. Garage doors are broken every other week. Peloton bikes are nice but logins are always deactivating and handlebars are loose. The main floor/lobby is clean but the hallways and stairwells are always dirty. The staff is really nice, can’t say enough about them. Office and maintenance."

"Recently just transferred from the townhouses to an apartment in the building. The staff at the front desk (Savannah and Chelsea) have made the process so easy. I've lived in a couple apartment buildings now and it always seems like a battle with management when doing these kind of things. But that wasn't the case at all here. Its made the process much more enjoyable working with them. 5 Stars for staffing at the Alexan Lower Greenville."

"I like living here, but my car getting towed last week has put a bitter taste in my mouth towards this community. I don't think my car should ever be towed from a place I am paying (quite a bit of money, mind you) to live, especially when I am in my assigned parking spot. It would be one thing if I had been illegally parked, or parked in another resident's spot, but to be towed out of my assigned spot is completely nonsensical. I would think a better practice would be for the towing company to report on any questionable vehicles and the community would give paying residents a chance to correct the issue AHEAD OF simply being towed with no warning. We already use a toll tag to enter the garage, park in an assigned spot, deal with one entrance constantly being out of service, cars being broken into, and enough is enough in my opinion, The $200 rent deduction was not enough for the inconvenience and it was a very disappointing experience."
